Choosing and crafting a Revitalising Tonic
What the tonic changes
Revitalising Tonic improves the rate at which stamina regenerates. Vigour Infusion increases maximum stamina instead. Choose Revitalising Tonic for recovery between actions, or Vigour Infusion when you want a larger stamina reserve.
All three Revitalising Tonic strengths work in either form. Minor gives a small regeneration boost for one time segment, standard gives a moderate boost for two, and Potent gives a large boost for three.
Ingredients for each strength
After learning the matching recipe, craft standard Revitalising Tonic with one Linseed Oil, two Saffron Milk Caps and two Green-Gilled Mushrooms. Each strength has its own recipe and uses raw ingredients; crafting Potent does not consume a standard tonic.
Standard and Potent share Green-Gilled Mushrooms. Reserve five if you plan to craft one of each, together with one Linseed Oil, two Saffron Milk Caps, one Weak Spirits and one Chanterelle.

Where to buy part of the ingredient list
Vera sells Canteen of Water and Parasol Mushroom for the Minor recipe, plus Weak Spirits and Chanterelle for Potent. Find her in the woods between Briar Sloughs and Maragir Wealds. Visit during the day, when she trades outside her house.
Linseed Oil is also used for Mending Ointment and Regenerative Salve. Set aside one oil for each standard tonic you plan to craft before using the rest for healing supplies.
Where to find Revitalising Tonic
Shop selections change with story progress, loot varies by encounter and level, and carried equipment is separate from what an enemy may drop.
