Alternate between Stamina and Charge recovery
Perfect Block improves two different rewards from a Perfect Block: ranks 1 and 3 increase Stamina restoration by 30% and 60%, while ranks 2 and 4 increase Activation Charge restoration by 50% and 100%. The rank effects alternate instead of raising one shared stat at every upgrade.
Omniblock is required before Perfect Block. The first two ranks need no manual; ranks 3 and 4 require Perfect Block Manual. Learning all four ranks costs five skill points and four time segments.
