Cheaper claw attacks, and no Stamina lost to a block
Claw attacks spend Stamina like weapon attacks, and running out leaves Coen Fatigued, with slower and weaker attacks. Restless Claws reduces the claw attack cost by 15% at rank 1 and 30% at rank 2. Rank 3 targets a specific loss: when an enemy blocks the attack, the Stamina spent on it is refunded in full, so pressing a guarded opponent no longer drains the bar.
The Corruption gates are 1, 4 and 9. Razorsharp Claws is the only prerequisite and its first rank has no Corruption requirement, so rank 1 of both skills can be learned at Corruption 1 for two skill points and two time segments. The full perk costs four points and three segments, and no manual is needed.
It leads to Clawpierce and then Dancing Claws, the two claw critical-hit perks. Base Stamina stays at 250 at every character level, so for a claw-heavy night build this perk and Endless Effort, which raises maximum Stamina in both forms, tackle the same shortage from different sides.
