Skender Dragosti became knyaz in 1324 and ruled Vale Sangora through fear. Nine years later, he crushed a peasant revolt in a massacre at Shrike's Crag. Brencis eventually overthrew him, an event some inhabitants initially welcomed.

Skender Dragosti became knyaz in 1324 and crushed a peasant revolt at Shrike’s Crag nine years later. Brencis eventually overthrew him. In the main quest A Deal with the Devil, Brencis invites Coen to a parley after Coen has caused him enough trouble.

The side quest The Cursed Chasm follows the stories of Knyaz Skender’s lost treasure, rumoured to remain near a broken bridge. The wiki records the Unique sword Durandal with that quest, and Arman’s Letter to Skender, from the knyaz’s personal archive, names the gift as “the famous Durandal”.

His son Catalin is the surviving Dragosti heir. Catalin left Vale Sangora after the coup and returns in the main quest Rise at Dawn, whose plan is to seize Eastridge Outpost and let Catalin’s troops in before moving on Greifberg.
