Find Mevasser and check his conditional Life Lock offer
Mevasser is a rabbi in Svartrau’s Neustadt district. His community keeps its religious life private under Brencis’s restriction to the Blood Covenant, and Mevasser responds cautiously when Crake and Coen approach him.
His page lists possible shop stock rather than a promise that every item is available on each visit. The Life Lock Manual is tied to progress with Silas’s book in Who Pulls the Strings; if it is missing earlier, check his stock again after advancing that story.
The manual and Life Lock’s story reward are separate routes. The reward can unlock the ability and grant rank 1, so check the learned rank before buying a manual or planning the cost of the first rank.
Possible shop stock
These items can appear in Mevasser’s shop. Story progress and the shop’s selection can affect availability and quantities.
Bewitching Influence at rank 3 opens an additional special-offer selection for this merchant. The exact offers depend on the shop’s current selection.
