Find and inspect the treasury chalice
Enter the cathedral treasury with the Treasury Key. Follow the treasury access guide to find the key and enter the separate treasury building in the cathedral grounds.
Inside the treasury, search the main floor behind the bookshelf and inspect St. Mihai’s Chalice. The crest is a clue for identifying St. Mihai’s crypt during A Monk and a Saint. The cathedral library and caretaker’s shed offer other leads for the same investigation.
After the inspection, the item is named Golden Chalice and can be sold as a valuable. Its base sale value is 42 denarii at 0.9 weight. Vicho buys valuables when his shop is available; the Silver Trader also accepts them. Use the merchant’s actual offer for the final price.
The Golden Chalice and Silver Chalice are separate items. If you are collecting silverware for the Silver Trader, check the full name: this cathedral reward belongs to the gold valuables, even though it contributed a clue to St. Mihai’s silver sword quest.
